On 31 August 2010, Southbury Insurance Limited was placed into receivership by the Company’s Trustee, Trustees Executors Limited, at the request of the Company’s directors. The receivership was due to Southbury Insurance Limited (In Receivership) being one of the charging subsidiaries of South Canterbury Finance Limited which was also placed into receivership on 31 August 2010.
